ADU on a Family Property? How to keep ownership fair

Building an ADU for a family member get tricky when it comes to who owns what. Siblings can sometimes get jealous and concerned that the family member is 'taking over' the family property. We can solve this by titling the Property as "Tenants in Common" so each person owns a specific portion of the property.
