BIG PIVOT! Forget ADUs. Think bigger with SB 9 Units

As CA expands law on housing, we are increasingly pivoting away from ADUs to "SB 9 Units." Even if you are only building one ADU now, it's important to to Master Plan your property NOW. You can build unit by unit over time according to your risk tolerance, but you want to avoid tearing down a newly-built ADU because you failed to plan ahead.
