I've seen the good, the bad, and the truly ugly of Tiny Homes. Quality really matters not only for living but also what type of loan you can get to pay for it. Some tiny homes are as low as $50,000, but the loan terms make the payment % times higher than what is could be. In the meantime, you're stuck in a cheap home baking under the sun and crumbling beneath you. Better to buy a quality home with better loan terms. #adu#tinyhouse#tinyhome
